Who Can Apply for PKVY?
The scheme focuses on small and marginal farmers (landholding up to 2 hectares).To be eligible:
The farmer must join an organic cluster (minimum 20 farmers per cluster).
Land must be under organic conversion or ready for organic cultivation.
The farmer must have a valid Aadhaar and bank account linked for DBT.
The cluster must be registered through State Agriculture Department or Regional Council.
