Refund Policy

At Dhanoni Agribusiness Pvt. Ltd., we value our clients’ trust and aim to deliver quality, reliable, and transparent services to every Farmer Producer Company (FPC), farmer, and consultant associated with us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for services purchased through our website or digital platform.
Our services include digital consultancy, documentation, compliance, DPR preparation, auditing, certification assistance, training, and other advisory or project-based tasks. Since most of these services involve personalized work and expert time, we follow a limited refund policy as described below.
Once a service request is confirmed and work has started, payments made to Dhanoni are generally non-refundable. This is because our team and consultants begin work immediately upon confirmation, incurring costs and dedicating time to each project. However, Dhanoni may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

The service has not been initiated and no consultant has been assigned.

A duplicate payment was made due to a technical or payment gateway error.

The service request was cancelled by Dhanoni before any work began.

In rare cases, if there is a proven service delivery failure from our end and the client has provided sufficient evidence.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to dhanoni.agribusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction. Any payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
For consultant payments, once the task has been approved and marked as “Completed” by Dhanoni’s internal team, the consultant’s payment is final and cannot be reversed. In case of disputes between clients and consultants, Dhanoni will act as a neutral facilitator to review and resolve the issue fairly.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

The client changes their mind after work has started.

The service was completed as per agreed deliverables.

Delay caused by incomplete information or documents from the client.

Work delayed due to external factors such as regulatory approvals or third-party dependencies.
Dhanoni reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to ensure transparency and alignment with our business processes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
